A Few House Notes:

Stay Cool: To keep the AC running perfectly in the FL heat, we ask that the thermostat stays at or above 68°F with doors/windows closed.

Trash: Daily pickup is provided! Please place all trash in the brown bench outside the front door.

Parking: Please park in the driveway or street (avoid blocking neighbors). The garage is not available for guest parking.

Safety & Respect: Our neighborhood is home to many full-time residents. Please observe quiet hours (10 PM – 7 AM) and note that parties, pets, and smoking are strictly prohibited. For your security, the home is monitored by a Ring doorbell and exterior cameras.
