Welcome to Golden Owl, our mid-century modern chalet tucked into the Lake Naomi community, designed intentionally for real family life, where everyone gets their version of a good day.

This is a home that flows naturally with family life.

Upstairs is where things slow down- vaulted ceilings, a stone fireplace, and a cozy living space that opens right into the kitchen and dining area. Music playing, something on the stove, kids drifting in and out. It all feels easy.
Step out onto the deck and you’ve got space to grill, gather, or just sit with a drink while the day winds down.

Downstairs becomes the kids’ world. The game room, den with large tv and cloud-like couch, plus easy access to the backyard means kids can fully settle into their own rhythm- pool tournaments, movie nights, “just one more game.” Meanwhile, upstairs stays calm, quiet, and yours.

Comfortably sleeps 8 across four bedrooms, designed with flexibility in mind.
For stays of 30 days or more, the home is configured to accommodate up to 10 guests.

✏ Primary bedroom (upstairs): Queen bed, tree views, 55” 4K Roku Smart tv for that one last show before bed
✏ Guest bedroom (upstairs): Queen bed (perfect for another couple or grandparents)
✏ Twin room (upstairs): Two twins + a desk setup for quiet time or a bit of work
✏ Bunk room (downstairs): Four twin beds and a TV (sleepovers, giggles, and late-night chats included)

All rooms include cozy luxury linens, cool-gel memory foam mattresses, ceiling fans, Sonos speakers, and bedside USB charging stations.

✴✴✴A QUICK NOTE ON SUMMER COMFORT✴✴✴

The shaded, wooded setting keeps things naturally cooler than the city (especially at night) as we're at 2000 feet elevation. Each bedroom includes ceiling fans and additional cooling, and most guests are very comfortable. If you prefer stronger A/C, we do have a portable unit available that can be set up (just let us know and we’ll guide you). We also have a whole-house fan (a bit old-school, but incredibly effective) that pulls warm air out quickly and keeps things feeling fresh.

✴✴✴LAKE NAOMI CLUB ACCESS (optional for longer stays)✴✴✴

For stays of 7+ days, you have the option to purchase a temporary pass to Lake Naomi Club amenities: pools, lakes, tennis, pickleball, golf, fitness center, and more. Availability for these passes is limited, so just let us know if you’d like us to check availability for you. If available, passes can be purchased directly through the Lake Naomi Club via their online form.

One of the biggest perks for families: their kids camp programs (perfect for giving little ones their own adventures while you enjoy a slower morning, a quiet lake walk, or just a bit of time to yourself.)

We welcome guests 29+ (or those traveling with their families).
A signed rental agreement and a copy of a valid ID are required to fully confirm your booking.
Per local regulations, maximum occupancy is 8 overnight guests. Tobyhanna Township Ordinance STR Capacity Limit 8 overnight guests and formatted as a 3 bedroom for stays 30 days or less. For everyone’s safety and our neighbors’ comfort, the home is equipped with exterior-only security cameras at entry/exit points and an active noise monitoring system.
