Gorgeous and spacious Lakefront home--on the wide part of the lake, not the narrow tail end---newly renovated with an open floor plan, designer kitchen, light filled cathedral great room with wall of windows to view the lake and beautiful sunsets. "Modern rustic " decor, remodeled baths with frameless glass showers, two first floor Master Bedrooms. Huge deck . Hot tub (optional). Very well maintained. Large bedrooms, game room, stone/cedar screened porch, rear yard filled with Rhododendron and wild blueberries. Private beach with designer firepit and seating. Beach area includes 2 kayaks, paddleboat, rowboat. Incredible sunsets!

The 1st Floor sets the mood for upscale mountain living. When you enter you'll love the flooring sawn from vintage oak timbers and the nearly 35 foot tall great room with exposed beams, with a full wall of windows facing the lake. The great room includes a full stone fireplace, a butter soft leather sofa, two Mexican twig armchairs, a large central coffee table (fabricated from salvaged antique sailing ship wood), and an incredibly comfortable poet's chair with ottoman that quickly becomes everyone's favorite spot.

The great rooms flows into the custom kitchen...ample granite countertops, contrasting island cabinetry, gas range, french door refrigerator with additional island seating and a large sink facing the windows with a beautiful lake vista.

The 1st floor Includes 2 very large Master bedrooms with flat screen TV's on opposite ends of the home for complete privacy and 2 newly remodeled full baths with double vanities and frameless glass showers. The laundry is conveniently located on the first floor.

The stone and cedar screened porch is a peaceful, cool and relaxing area to read, relax, or enjoy conversation. It is directly accessible from the rear deck, the kitchen and the lake facing MBR via glass sliding doors.

The second floor has 2 bedrooms. The first has a queen bed, dresser,mirror, end table, engraved toy chest, and rocking chair. Our daughter cherished her stuffed lamb , and the room is nicely decorated with lamb and sheep decor.

The second bedroom is very large and has 1 double bed, 2 twins, and a trundle. Also includes a dresser, night table, mirror and a small air hockey table to delight the children.

The shared bath on the second floor is cleverly designed with 2 entry doors and a pocket door separating the tub/shower from the sink/toilet area. Each section can be used independently and privately.

The game room is located at the rear of the 2nd floor. It has a leather queen sleep sofa and matching leather chair with ottoman. The game room includes a full size Brunswick pool table, commercial foosball table and wall mounted flat screen TV.

The lakeside deck extends the full width of the house and has several distinct areas. One includes a circular glass patio umbrella table with seating for 6. For the kids, there is a large picnic table with benches in the adjacent area. Lastly, the hot tub occupies it's own area at the far side of the deck. Kindly verify hot tub availability in the late fall & winter.

Follow the deck stairs to a winding path through the rear yard filled with wild rhododendrons and blueberries to our very own private sandy beach. Near the beach, there's a storage rack for the beach watercraft and paddles, and a storage locker for the provided lifejackets. You'll find chaises and chairs for your relaxation. You can also enjoy the expanded beach complete with a beautiful hand forged iron firepit and adirondack chair seating. This is the perfect place to gather with friends while you view the incredible sunsets from our west-facing beach and then relax, talk and laugh around the firepit.

Don't forget to enjoy the many activities in the area: Hiking and biking in local parks and trailes, Bushkill Falls, the Delaware Water Gap, The Crossings outlet shopping, Kalahari indoor waterpark; Aquatopia Camelback waterpark (ranked #1 as the best indoor waterpark in the USA); Mt Airy Casino Resort. For skiers, the home is a 20 minute ride to Big Bolder/Jack Frost and Camelback ski resorts; hiking the Switchback Railroad Trail; Pocono Springs Entertainment Village & Aquarium (opens 2021).

The house has high speed dual band wi-fi available throughout. And we've added ROKU streaming for live network shows. sports, news, shows from multiple channels including NETFLIX, Amazon Prime TV, on Demand and more.
