Undisclosed guests not included in the official confirmation can place your stay at risk for early termination without refund and/or a charge of $50 person per night.

"Entire Pool heat feature" available with extra fee $30/day (recommended Oct to May) Please send a request or message us 3-5 days in advance for scheduled pool heated. Advance payment requires for this service.

**Pool settings are all scheduled 9 am -7pm. When purchased, pool heat is set to 82-85 degrees, however if air temps drop below 70 degrees, wind and outside factors. it can affect pool temp, so unfortunately pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed**

Absolutely NO Smoking/Vaping/any smoking materials allowed in the house and garage.

ATTENTION

If you’re looking for a party house, please "DO NOT BOOK". This property is ideal for large family vacations. Any violations WILL be immediately evicted without refund and subject to an additional $500 eviction or termination fee. This includes playing loud or vulgar music outside, any drug use on the property including marijuana with a medical ID (do it somewhere else). The house located near public school and there is restriction on marijuana usage.
