The property is only 1 mile to the beach. Casa Blanca is newly updated, spacious kitchen with island for family gathering.  The Master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with king bed. The 2nd bedroom has a king bed with a shared bathroom, the 3rd bedroom has a twin bunk bed. Games room in the garage with ping pong table, foosball table, etc. Pool/ Spa finished in June 2023. Plus there are many Groceries, Dinning, and Shopping within 1 mile from the house.
Location is everything. Walk or ride your bike to the Beach. The house is only 1.3 mile to Crescent Beach and approx 2.8 miles to Siesta Key. The house is in a residential neighborhood and the newly installed doors and windows.

Walk in the front door and you will find the living room area with smart TV and phone charging station, board games and books in storage in TV cabinet, next to living room is a large kitchen island for family gathering , farmhouse dinning area and room for everyone.

Well equipped kitchen, Cuisinart Stainless steel pots & pans, Keurig Duo Coffee Maker, Food Processor, Blenders, Rice Cooker, Microwave, coffee grinder, and more.

 The Master bedroom features an en suite bathroom with a shower and king bed. The 2nd bedroom has a king bed with a shared bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has a children twin bunk bed, suite for children 2-18 years old. Games room in the garage with full size ping pong table, foosball table and basketball for two player. Baby and Toddler are welcome. We provided a pack N play at the property.

Best suite for family of 6 OR 4 Adults max.

For example 2 adults 4 children or 4 adults 2 children or 4 adults. Bulk bed is set up for children 2-18 years old.

The location is super convenient- minutes from Siesta Key, downtown Sarasota, and every grocery stores, restaurants, shopping and list go on. There are plenty of activities such as golfing, fishing, biking, swimming, hiking, and boating to keep busy or just relax at the beaches.

4. For safety, security Camera on site located by the garage, site fenced and above the front door. The camera face toward streets and it is actively recording.
