A private tropical backyard retreat near Anna Maria Island, with the comforts and conveniences of a home.

We created Sunny Palms Haven with families and groups in mind. It's a spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bath single-story home with a private heated saltwater pool, screened lanai and ½-acre fenced yard. Guests often tell us we thought of everything, and that's exactly what we aim for.

☀️ THE BACKYARD
The backyard is where you'll probably spend most of your time. Enjoy the heated saltwater pool, tropical landscaping, screened lanai, travertine patio, fire table, outdoor Smart TV, grill, lounge seating and plenty of room for kids to play. Pool floats, noodles, pool basketball, goggles and children's life vests are provided.

The private primary suite is on the opposite side of the home from the other three bedrooms, giving parents, grandparents or couples a little extra privacy.

• Kids' Room: 2 twins + 1 full bunk bed, plus 2 folding chair beds with linens for toddlers/children

Both bathrooms feature custom tile showers, double vanities, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hair dryers.

☀️ WE MAKE FAMILY TRAVEL EASIER
We've stocked the home with many of the things families don't want to pack: BOB double stroller, crib, 2 Pack 'n Plays, highchair, booster, audio-only baby monitor, baby bath, children's dishes, bottle drying rack and swim vests.

Beach days are easy too, with 6 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, beach wagon, cooler, beach mat and sand toys ready to go.

☀️ COMFORTABLE LIKE HOME
The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to make meals at home, including quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, cookware, dinnerware, spices, Ninja coffee maker and reverse-osmosis drinking water.

You'll also have two living spaces, Smart Roku TVs, 500+ Mbps WiFi, games, children's books and an LG washer and dryer.

☀️ BRINGING YOUR DOG?
We're happy to welcome 1 approved, house-trained dog per stay for a $200 non-refundable pet fee.

To help keep the home comfortable for everyone, dogs must stay off furniture and out of the pool, be leashed outside the fenced yard and be crated indoors when left unattended. Excessive barking or disturbances may require alternative pet arrangements.

Breed verification is required per our insurance guidelines. Certain breeds and all exotic animals are not permitted. Please let us know about your dog before booking and add them to your reservation. Unauthorized pets may result in a $250 additional cleaning fee and cancellation in accordance with platform policies.

Easy access from home to the beaches and attractions. There are a few routes onto Anna Maria Island. Recommended route is by taking Manatee Ave west to the island. Otherwise, Cortez Road West will provide another route to Anna Maria Island or a scenic route to Longboat Key, Lido Key and Sarasota.

☀️ GOOD TO KNOW
The home is most comfortable for 6–10 guests but can accommodate up to 12. Guests must be 25+ unless accompanied by a parent.

Pool heat is scheduled to 85°F. Pool temperature cannot be guaranteed below 70°F outdoor temperature or during inclement weather.

A Rental Agreement and House Rules must be signed before arrival.

☀️ YOUR PRIVATE STAY
You'll have exclusive use of the entire home, pool, screened lanai, fenced yard and garage.

☀️ SECURITY
Visible exterior cameras are located at the front door and side garage door, directed toward the pool equipment/AC area. Door sensors are also provided for added security.
