The saltwater pool with no chlorine smell provides crystal clear water. The sunshelf for keeping your feet cool or a play area for the little ones is a well loved feature. Pool heater is available.
We are a family friendly property. We provide a pool safety fence, crib and highchair.

Since almost 40 years I travel within the US - together with my family. I love this country with its people. As I do not like winters, I fell in love with Florida. The tropical vegetation and animals in the nature preserves and the miles of beautiful beaches along the SouthWest Gulf Coast make the perfect mix. In 2016 we decided to build a vacation home, that we open it for nice guests from around the world. What wonderful people I was lucky to meet already.

Payment Policy
Down payment of 30% of the rent together with sending back the signed rental agreement and a valid picture ID have to take place within 5 days after booking to secure the reservation.
The total – 70% of rent + security deposit – is due at least 60 days prior to stay to further secure the reservation.
Secure payment can be with check, bank transfer, direct account deposit or Credit Card or simply to our email address within ZELLE – secure and free of cost. Please see that I do not take Credit Cards for stays during High Season or for longer stays. Please contact me for questions.
For stays longer than 4 weeks, at least one intermediate cleaning is mandatory.

Refundable Damage Deposit
The security damage deposit is due with 2nd payment (total) 60 days prior to arrival - or with last minute bookings at least 1 week before arrival. It has to be paid with Zelle, direct bank deposit or Paypal family&friends, so no fees can reduce the back payment.
It is paid back within the next 2 weeks after departure when no damages have occured.
If THE RENTER cannot take the holiday as planned, he must notify THE OWNER as soon as possible to find a solution. Cancellations received 60 days or more prior to THE RENTER’s arrival date are refundable except for the reservation deposit.
With any cancellation made less than 60 days to THE RENTER’s arrival date, all monies paid are non-refundable except for the cleaning fee and the security deposit.
If a replacement guest can be found, its payment will be taken into account. A handling fee of 100$ will be deducted. The total calculation of a possible refund will take place after the initial rental period.
There are NO REFUNDS for hurricanes, tropical storms or weather and environmental conditions, even if a mandatory evacuation is ordered THE OWNER strongly recommends a travel-insurance that may reimburse for pre-paid, non-refundable expenses due to certain unforeseeable circumstances that may jeopardize the vacation investment and force to incur unplanned expenses.
