KITCHEN:

The fully stocked kitchen with oversized breakfast bar opens into the family room and features common appliances (fridge, dishwasher, stove and microwave) as well as a wine cooler, coffee maker, toaster oven, blender, ice maker, and tea kettle. It has plenty of "everyday" dishes, formal dishes, glassware, barware, cast iron skillet, pots and pans and even a crock pot to enjoy home cooked meals. Eating area is adorned by a crystal light chandelier and looks out onto the pool area. Pendant lights above the breakfast bar and subtle LED lights beneath provide an ambient glow at dusk.

FAMILY ROOM:

The family room is designed for utmost comfort and relaxation with multiple seating areas, oversized rug, side tables and board games. It features a gas fireplace for chilly winter nights and 75" Samsung Quantum LED SmartTV with Roku. Family room opens onto screened lanai and pool area.

DINING and LIVING ROOMS:

The dining room with a table for 6 overlooks a small courtyard with tropical plants and flows into the living room with a plush couch and work desk. We provide high-speed WIFI internet so working remotely is easy! Living room has a floor-to-ceiling sliding glass door that can be opened for true indoor-outdoor living experience.

MASTER BEDROOM:

The Manasota Beach Vacation Villa has a true split floor plan with the master bedroom secluded on the West side of the property. It features a plush expansive king size bed with hotel-grade mattress, Samsung Quantum LED 55" SmartTV, soft rug, nightstand lamps with USB chargers and private entrance onto the screened lanai and pool area. Master bedroom on-suite features a walk-in closet, his-and-hers sinks, walk in shower and soaking tub overlooking young hibiscus hedge and mature palm trees that provide utmost privacy.

GUEST BEDROOM #1:

First guest bedroom is on par with the master bedroom and situated on the opposite side of the property. It offers plush king size bed with hotel-grade mattress, 45" Samsung SmartTV, nightstand lamps with USB chargers and a soft rug.

GUEST BEDROOM #2:

Second guest bedroom is designed for children and teens but can certainly be utilized by adults. It features twin and full-size bunk beds as well as an additional full-size bed. This bedroom features tasteful nautical decor with a large window overlooking the pool.

POOL AREA:

Last but not least, is the remarkable 2100 sq ft screened pool area that features recently resurfaced heated pool with spa, heat and slip resistant flooring, hotel style lounge chairs, 2 seating areas with armchairs and coffee tables, 6-person patio dining set, BBQ grill, fire pit table, Samsung SmartTV and outdoor shower.
