Tropical Paradise with gorgeous backyard view - 15 Minutes to the Beach - Brand new furnished - Families welcome

Our new vacation rental is situated in Englewood East, a pretty and well kept residential neighborhood. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and can acommodate up to 6 persons. The beautiful garden makes this vacation home a real tropical paradise.

Families are welcome - for small children we provide security alarms on pool facing doors (can be turned off for guests with no small kids). We offer books, games and beach toys.

The location is perfect for a relaxing vacation – minutes to shopping, restaurants and parks. Englewood Beach is a 15 minutes drive. In 20 minutes you are at Blind Pass Beach, in 25 minutes you can enjoy Manasota Beach or wonderful Boca Grande/Gasparilla Island.

Villa Happy Gator 2 is fully equipped with everything you need in your home away from home. Englewood has a small town atmosphere with its charming neighborhoods like Dearborn Street.

Since almost 40 years I travel within the US - together with my family. I love this country with its people. As I do not like winters, I fell in love with Florida. The tropical vegetation and animals in the nature preserves and the miles of beautiful beaches along the SouthWest Gulf Coast make the perfect mix. In 2016 we decided to build a vacation home, that we open it for nice guests from around the world. What wonderful people I was lucky to meet already.
