You can enjoy the sun and swimming at the pool, local shopping, golf and nearby beaches. The unit features beach wicker furniture and all the kitchen supplies needed. All linens and towels are included as well. It is located in Farmington Vistas which is the safest community because they require all guests to complete a background check application. Since the condo association requires monthly rentals, please start on the first day of the month and end on the last day of the month.
