Overview

Enjoy all that Wolfeboro has to offer without paying waterfront rental prices. This cottage is located in a private setting. The last house on a dead end street surrounded by woods and within walking distance to the lake, recreation, downtown Wolfeboro and area attractions. Cottage stocked with everything you need: towels, linens and kitchen essentials. Clean, comfortable beds, kitchen with DW, microwave, good utensils and cookware. Living area with gas fireplace.

Deck facing the woods give you total privacy.Good assortment of games, Wireless internet, cable TV and three televisions.Dogs are welcome. Great yard for the kids and dog to play. Firepit located in level yard with trees on three sides makes it feel like camping.

Getting around

The cottage is the last house on a dead end street. A short walk down a steep hill takes to you the Bridge Falls path which leads to downtown and by scenic vistas. Short drive to shopping, dining, and beaches.

We have been offering vacation rental homes since 2005. Our first vacation rental offering started in Bartlett NH. A vintage mountain cabin nestled into the hillside with a mountain view. From there we added a second property in Wolfeboro 2006 that is located on a dead end street surrounded by trees yet close to town. In 2016, we added the Brick House to our rental offering to accommodate large groups and families.

Our passion for home design and gathering with friends and family has enabled us to create comfortable homes for vacationers and travelers to gather with loved ones in a private and relaxed setting.

We personally manage and care for our vacation rentals. Our hands-on approach ensures that vacationers, travelers, and guests arrive to a clean and welcoming home.

In 2020 we sold two of our vacation rentals and plan to RV travel more.

No parties or events permitted. We appreciate that you will take care of the house while you are there and treat the property and furnishings with respect. Dogs are welcome. However, we expect that you will watch over them so that they are safe and will not get into anything or destroy furniture or bedding. If you have small children we ask that you don't allow them to have food or drinks (except water) in bedrooms or on upholstered furniture so that blankets and fabrics do not get soiled or stained.
