Charming Family-Friendly, 3+ Bedroom, Farmhouse - Orleans

There are 5 bedrooms.

Bedroom 1: the first master bedroom is downstairs. This downstairs master bedroom has a queen bed, window AC, closet, bathroom en suite, TV and alarm clock.

Bedroom 2: The upstairs master has a private staircase, private balcony overlooking the wooded, natural forest of the Orleans Water District, two skylights, cable TV with DVD player and queen bed and large dresser. It is connected to one of the kids bedrooms creating a great setup for families with young children.

Bedroom 3: This bedroom has two twin beds each with a trundle bed for a total of 4 twin beds, a ids TV and bean bag hangout space, a bookshelf and dresser for storage.

Bedroom 4: King bedroom with closet, dresser and desk.

Bedroom 5: Twin size bunkbeds, toddler bed, toy shelves with lots of kid toys, train set, dresser and play rugs with roads.

Guests have access to the whole house including kitchen, washer & dryer, kids playroom with toys, kids books, outdoor patio with table, chairs, umbrella and grill, beach toys and beach gear including cooler and beach towels. Sheets, bath towels, hand towels, kitchen towels are included.

Property is adjacent to 500 acre Orleans Watershed with very private nature trails and ponds.

We allow guests maximum privacy but are available and quick to respond by phone or text.

The house is close to town, beaches, and lakes. It's a five-minute drive to Orleans Center, Pilgrim Lake, and Crystal Lake and under 10 minutes to Nauset and Skaket beaches. The house is near Orleans Watershed nature preserve with trails and ponds.

There is parking for at least four cars in the driveway at the house.
