This lovely home sits on 1/2 Acre of property in the Popular Indian Neck area, along CAPE COD BAY.

At the end of the street there are walking trails and Water Views over looking the BAY. In the Evening, you can walk there to see amazing Sunsets over CAPE COD Bay, hence the street's name, "Cove View Rd."

On the 1st Floor of this lovely home is the Kitchen, Dining area, Living Room, 2 Bedrooms and a Full Bath. The Kitchen Amenities include: a large Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Microwave, Toaster, a Coffee Pot, and Lobster Pot.

On the 2nd Floor is the Master Bedroom with 2nd Full Bath with a walk-in shower. Also on the 2nd floor is a Large comfortable loft area set up as the 2nd living room with a 2nd TV.

In the Walk-Out Basement is the washer and clothes dryer and plenty of room to keep your bicycles or Kayak.

Other Amenities at this house include an outdoor hot & cold shower, an enclosed porch, with a picnic table. There is also large deck, and a Weber Gas Grill,

It's Just a 1/2 mile walk to either Burton Baker Beach or Omaha Road Beach and just another 1/4 mile further is the most beloved Indian Neck Beach. You may be lucky enough to find an Oyster or two on the Beach there for dinner, as Wellfleet is Known for the tastiest Oysters on Cape Cod. Try attending WELLFLEET’s yearly Oyster Festival in October!

Cape Cod’s National Seashore Beaches, include Marconi Beach and Cahoon Hallow Beach, both located in Wellfleet, and either beach is just a 5 minute drive away, where you can enjoy watching the Surfers Surfing while you’re relaxing on the beach, or you can spend the evening dining at Wellfleet’s most popular Oceanfront Resturant, “The Beach Comer”.

Note: A National Seashore Beach Pass can be purchased and used on any National Seashore Beach, on CAPE COD including the Towns of Eastham , Wellfleet, Turo and Provincetown. The National Seashore Beach Passes are for Free for SENIORS and obtained at the NATIONAL SEASHORE Centers on RT 6A in both the Eastham and Truro Visitors Center. A Beach pass is Required on all bay side beaches

For public Transportation use the FLEX CCRTA BUS. BUS STOP is at at THE Dunkin’ Donuts shop on RT 6A. About a 1/2 mile walk from the house.
