Welcome to our Cape Cod home! This is the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a day at the beach or exploring the area. With four bedrooms (one of which is a basement bedroom) and enough space to comfortably sleep ten guests, there’s plenty of room for everyone. The two full bathrooms, plus the seasonal outdoor shower (available from May 20-Oct 15), make it easy for everyone to rinse off after a day of fun.

Outside, enjoy two decks with both a charcoal and gas grill, along with comfy outdoor furniture perfect for relaxing or dining. If you have any questions or need more information, feel free to reach out—we’re here to help.

The home is just minutes away from the stunning beaches of Harwich, Dennis, and Brewster, such as Mayflower Beach, Chapin Beach, Corporation Beach, and the secret gem Crowe’s Pasture.

With most beaches only 3-8 minutes away by car (via scenic back roads), you'll be able to quickly enjoy the sand and surf without the hassle of busy roads. You’ll also find parking options available at the beaches, including daily passes or weekly passes from the town halls.

We often have guest who are attending weddings at the club staying.

The entire rental home includes a game room and lots of activities for relaxing after a beach day and rainy days. A short distance Park, Bike trails, beaches, ponds, shopping and the Cape Cod Baseball league. Beach accessories provided: chairs, mats, umbrellas, beach carts, coolers, etc. The outdoor shower is open May 20-Oct 15. We cannot guarantee use beyond those dates due to potential freezing temperatures. Guests will have access to the entire residential space in the home excluding the storage in the garage, locked closet, and cleaners closet.

We are available to contact for any questions or emergencies during your stay. Please let us know if you have any questions, we are readily available by phone, text and email. Our goal is to be available if you need anything, but to give you and your guests complete privacy throughout your stay.

Quiet neighborhood on a cul de sac. Enjoy an evening stroll every evening. Most importantly you will not encounter route 28 or 6 traffic at this home. You can quickly get to your favorite beach or attraction with no hasstle.

The Home: Cape home is a comfortable cozy home suitable for any group. The living space is all on one floor. Washer, dryer and game room in the basement. The home is located on a private, quiet street with plenty of opportunity for walks and bike rides. 2.7 miles to grocery, movies, rte 149, 2.5 miles to Rte 28.

The home is less than one mile from the bike path entrance.

This is the perfect vacation rental for your stay. We have considered all of our guests needs and tried to provide as many amenities as possible. This is the family home that we continuously update and want our guests to enjoy it as much as we do. The location is perfect and allows you to visit so many parts of the cape with minimal travel. We hope that you will consider staying at our Cape Cod home.

The house will be professionally cleaned by a cleaning service before and after your stay, but the house should be left how you found it, minus heavy cleaning. Please complete as much dirty laundry as you can before you depart. Linens (sheets and pillowcases) are included however we ask guests to wash bath/beach towels and return them to the linen closet. To keep cleaning fees reasonable and not pass along an additional linen company service fee, towels are available but tenants must wash towels and return to linen closet. The cleaning service charges us an additional fee if this is not completed. Cleaners are very hard to find on the Cape, so we follow their guidance. We appreciate any assistance. This rarely occurs and guests find it easy to wash upon departure. Finally, sheets should be stripped and put into the washer prior to departure. The cleaner will finish them when she arrives.

Trash pickup is included in the cleaning fee. Please place any trash in the receptacles for pickup. Our service comes up the driveway to the receptacles.
