Launch your boat at Saquatucket Harbor located less than a mile from the house.
Great location. Walk to Red River Beach (8 minute walk) Park you trailer and boat at our property, trail and launch your boat at Saquatucket Harbor (1 minute drive). Relax in our hot tub at night!

Plenty of room for 20 guests. 14 can sleep in main house and 6 can sleep in the two efficiencies right next door.

Cancellation Policy

A refund for the cancellation will only be given to renter, if the house is re-rented at the same price and on the same dates of renter's reservation. Renter will receive refund once landlord is paid by new renter.

This main house has 1 fully equipped kitchen and 2 efficiency kitchens. 2 kitchens are located on the first floor and one is on the second floor Also, right next door on the same property are two more efficiencies. Both have small kitchens with table and chairs, sofa and televisions. One unit sleeps 2 and the other sleeps 4 guests.
