Beach Dreams is a luxury 3-level beach house just 700 steps from a private, no-public-access beach—no roads to cross. Perfect for up to 8 guests, the home sits on a quiet paved road and features a fully stocked modern kitchen, smart TVs in every bedroom, and three porches (two covered, one screened).

Enjoy a private backyard oasis with a (seasonal) heated saltwater pool, fire table, Adirondack chairs, outdoor dining area, and gas grill. Beach chairs, wagon, toys, and games are all provided for your convenience.

The layout includes a main living area with kitchen and covered porch, a second floor with a king master suite, two queen bedrooms, and a screened porch, plus a third-floor queen suite, bathroom, with a private balcony and peek-a-boo ocean views.

After a day at the beach, relax by the pool or explore nearby attractions like Washington Oaks Gardens, Marineland, biking trails, restaurants, and parks. Publix is just half a mile away, with St. Augustine, Daytona Beach, Jacksonville, and Orlando all within easy reach.

Pool heating is available November through March for $35 per day—please request at least 7 days before arrival.

Full private access to the entire house and pool

We’re so glad you’re considering our vacation home! While we love pets, we’re unable to allow them due to severe allergies in our family. This helps us keep the space comfortable for everyone. We appreciate your understanding.

We aim to maintain a daily pool temperature of 73°F.

The pool can be heated to 83° F for an additional fee of $35 per day. Heating is available from November - March.

Contact us no later than 7 days prior to your stay to make sure the pool is heated and ready for your enjoyment.

For a minimal cost of only $35 per day, for the length of your stay.

Please note that while we are not responsible for any pool heater malfunctions, we will make every effort to resolve any issues that may occur as quickly as possible.
