Our condo is on the ocean, with views of the ocean and golf course. You can literally have your toes in the sand in 2-3 months from the front door.

My place is close to great views, restaurants and dining, the beach, and family-friendly activities. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance, the outdoors space, the light, and the neighborhood. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).

Getting around

Ample parking, with everything in the community accessible by foot (drive to the grocery store, bars and restaurant). Bikes also work great!

Policies and Rules

Check In: 4PM - Flexible

Door code, so you can check-in any time (after 4). Guests will receive the door code about a week prior to the start of their stay. We will need, for each vehicle, a driver name, dl#, and plate # (or tell us if its a rental)- this information will be provided to Cinnamon Beach security to allow you access for the length of your vacation.

Notes

A rental agreement, covering the duration of the stay and the associated terms must be executed or otherwise legally acknowledged; staying at the condo includes an implicit acknowledgement of the rental agreement. To check in, the association requires guests to arrive with a "FastAccessPass", noting your drivers license, license plate and state of issuance. We will need these bits of information, as well as your direct email address (as AirBnB's email does not handle attachments), and will send you the FastAccessPass to bring with you.
