Condo with a View on Longboat Key - Longboat Key

This sublime oceanfront studio is directly on the pristine white sands and blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico in exclusive Longboat Key, Florida. Located on the second floor, overlooking the heated pool and ocean, this dreamy studio condo is optimal for sunset viewing from a private lanai. Take a 30-second walk to the pool and onward to the secluded beach with complimentary chairs and umbrellas. Enjoy a relaxing vacation at our peaceful condo at The Beach on Longboat Key Resort!

Upon arrival to The Beach on Longboat Key Resort, you will be wowed by this tropical property! Conveniently located mid-island on Longboat Key, on Gulf of Mexico Drive, this intimate resort, only 15 units, has so much to offer: direct, private beach access, heated pool, BBQ grill, complimentary beach lounge chairs and umbrellas, onsite laundry, and complex office with staff.

When you arrive, pick up a parking pass from the main office (onsite staff 9A.M. - 5P.M. daily for any questions), and then make your way to our condo, Unit 222, on the second floor, for optimal sunset viewing, dolphin observing, and manatee spotting...! If you arrive late, there are also two laminated passes in the condo - use and return - easy! The condo has a smart lock for smooth entry and exit. Each guest is assigned a secure, individualized 4-digit code (deleted upon departure!), allowing for 24/7 arrival/departure and freedom from carrying a key when on the beach...!

Upon entering, you will walk through a small entryway to view the main living space! Our condo features a queen-size bed, along with a queen-size sleeper sofa for the extra members of your party - the little ones! There is a Smart television, with cable, for entertainment when you're not beaching it, along with a variety of reading material, board games, and children's toys. WiFi, of course, is available throughout! Also, there is a closet and chest of drawers for storing belongings for a quick weekend getaway or a month-long stay...! For family use, we have a Pack 'N Play - convenient!

The kitchen, with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances (including dishwasher!), is fully stocked (coffee makers - drip and Keurig, blender, Tupperware, wine glasses, knife set, etc.) including everything you might need to cook meals in on the days you prefer not to dine out...!

The bathroom features a combined tub and shower, which always comes in handy when traveling with children!

Beyond the main living space is a large, private lanai, with high top table and two chairs, ideal for eating a meal or sipping a cocktail! There is also a lounge chair for kicking back and relaxing!

The condo has both central heat and air, along with an additional floor fan. There is a smoke detector and fire extinguisher, as well.

On property, there is a heated pool with deck, featuring complimentary lounge chairs. Pick up a beach umbrella and walk through the sea grapes (no need to cross a busy street!) to reach the private beach with more lounge chairs. No need to bring your own!

A propane grill is on the lawn with grilling utensils in our unit!

On the ground floor of The Beach complex, there is a free washer and dryer if needed during your trip. There is also a main dumpster for easy trash disposal.

The best part of our condo is the direct, unobstructed ocean view and private beach access - just sublime!

Notes:

1. Upon arrival, the condo will be prepared with fresh bed linens, bathroom towels, and beach towels. There will also be starter supplies of the following:

Bathroom:
- toilet paper
- shampoo & conditioner
- body wash
- hand soap

Kitchen:
- paper towels
- sponge
- dish soap
- dishwasher detergent
- garbage bags
- cleaning spray
- aluminum foil
- plastic storage bags
- spices
- olive oil
- coffee filters (drip and Keurig!)

Closet:
- laundry detergent
- iron
- vacuum (for the sand!)
- extra beach chairs
- extra umbrella

Daily housekeeping service is not available unless you would like to request a mid-stay clean for an extra fee, through Housekeeping, which I can arrange for you...! Sometimes that can come in really handy!

2. For our condo, there is one parking spot available - park wherever you like within the lot! Due to the size of the parking lot, unfortunately, no guest cars or trailers can be accommodated because it will take a spot away from another condo.

3. Please note our condo is a 330 sq-ft studio best suited for one-two adults or one-two adults plus one-two small children in the sleeper sofa, and/or one in the Pack 'N Play, if needed. Unfortunately, we cannot accept reservations for over two adults due to sleeping arrangement comfort. If it is a unique situation, feel free to message me to discuss further. 4. The condo is located on the second floor... for a stunning view! At the complex, there are stairs, but no elevator.

5. Our guest cancellation policy is "Firm," so we will not refund reservations due to inclement weather, hurricanes, red tide, snowstorms, etc., in our area of the country or yours. If this is a concern, please consider purchasing trip insurance prior to your vacation. Thank you!
