Located on the ground floor, overlooking the heated pool and ocean, this dreamy studio condo is ideal for easy beach access. Take a 5-second walk to the pool and onward to the secluded beach. Upon arrival to The Beach on Longboat Key Resort, you will be wowed by this tropical property! Conveniently located mid-island on Longboat Key, on Gulf of Mexico Drive, this intimate resort, only 15 units, has so much to offer: direct, private beach access, heated pool, BBQ grill, beach/pool loungers, and onsite laundry.

When you arrive, make your way to our condo, Unit 103, on the ground floor, for optimal ease and pool/beach access...! The condo has a smart lock for smooth entry and exit. Each guest is assigned a secure, individualized 4-digit code (deleted upon departure!), allowing for 24/7 arrival/departure and freedom from carrying a key when on the beach...!

Upon entering, you will walk through a small entryway to view the main living space! Our condo features a queen-size bed, along with a queen-size sleeper sofa for the extra members of your party - the little ones! There is a Smart television, with cable, for entertainment when you're not beaching it, along with a variety of reading material, board games, and children's toys. WiFi, of course, is available throughout! Also, there is convenient under the bed storage, along with closet, for all your belongings for a quick weekend getaway or a month-long stay...! For family use, we have a Pack 'N Play - convenient!

The kitchen, with dishwasher, is fully stocked (coffee makers - drip and Keurig!), blender, Tupperware, wine glasses, knife set, etc.) including everything you might need to cook meals in on the days you prefer not to dine out...!

The bathroom features a combined tub and shower, but only the shower portion is in use for water conservation on the island...!

Beyond the main living space is a large, private lanai, with two loungers and a table for four, ideal for eating a meal or sipping a cocktail!

The condo has both central heat and air with a ceiling fan and extra floor fan. There is a smoke detector and fire extinguisher, as well.

On property, there is a heated pool with deck, featuring lounge chairs. Grab a beach umbrella and stroll (no need to cross a busy street!) to reach the private beach with more lounge chairs. No need to bring your own!

A propane grill is on the lawn with grilling utensils in our unit!

Also, on the ground floor of The Beach complex, there is a free washer and dryer if needed during your trip. There is a main dumpster for easy trash disposal too.

The best part of our condo is the direct ocean view and private beach access - just sublime!

Notes:

1. Upon arrival, the condo will be prepared with fresh bed linens, bathroom towels, and beach towels. There will also be starter supplies of the following:

Daily housekeeping service is not available unless you would like to request a mid-stay clean for an extra fee, through Housekeeping, which I can arrange for you...! Sometimes that can come in really handy!

2. For our condo, there is one parking spot available - park wherever you like within the lot! Due to the size of the parking lot, unfortunately, no guest cars or trailers can be accommodated because it will take a spot away from another condo.

3. Please note our condo is a studio best suited for one-two adults or one-two adults plus one-two small children in the sleeper sofa, and/or one in the Pack 'N Play, if needed. Unfortunately, we cannot accept reservations for over two adults due to sleeping arrangement comfort. If it is a unique situation, feel free to message me to discuss further. Thank you for your understanding!

Guests have access to all of The Beach on Longboat Key Resort - heated pool, lounge chairs, and direct beach access! Our condo features a private entrance with keyless lock - easy!

While staying at our beach condo, if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to either message or text me (Heidi!). Almost always, I am easily (cell phone in hand!) and quickly (within seconds!) reachable for any concerns you may have.

On the evening of a guest's arrival, I always check in to make certain everything is going well. Then on morning #1, a special treat is delivered...! If it's a long stay, I check in again mid-stay to assure our guests are still enjoying their trip. The evening before check-out day, I message brief departure instructions, and then on the day of, we touch base after you lock the door, so I can update Housekeeping. While staying with us, you will definitely be in contact with me, but, don't worry, I will never "pop in" on your vacation...!

Our condo, Unit 103, is located within The Beach on Longboat Key Resort on beautiful, quiet Longboat Key, which is a barrier island just outside Sarasota, Florida. The condo is situated in the middle of Longboat Key (LBK) with easy access to many other fun local tourist spots, like Coquina Beach, Holmes Beach, and Anna Maria Island to the North and Lido Key and Siesta Key to the South.

There is a tremendous amount of entertainment in the area - something for every member of your guest party!

Just a note, oftentimes guests combine a trip to Disney World with a trip to the beach! The beach always comes after Disney for obvious reasons...! Our condo is a 2-hr drive, 115 miles, away from Disney! Another popular destination is Busch Gardens (amusement park!) in Tampa, just a 1.21-hr drive, 68.7 miles away!

Upon arrival, if you would like your groceries ready and waiting for you at the condo, especially if you are getting in late, reach out to me prior to your trip, and I can give you contact information for a wonderful local woman who provides this convenience...!

Likewise, if you are celebrating a birthday or anniversary, order flowers from Longboat Key Flower Shop or Blossomcart, and I can coordinate with them to have flowers on the table by check-in!
