We provide a complete set of dinnerware, including kid-friendly dishes, silverware, drinking glasses, coffee mugs, and various glasses for different beverages. You’ll also find pots and pans, cooking utensils, BBQ tools, mixing bowls, baking sheets, cookie sheets, a toaster, a blender, a can opener, a corkscrew, measuring cups and spoons, and a coffee station with machines for all types of coffee, as well as a variety of teas to suit every taste. To make your experience even more enjoyable, Alexa is available so you can play music while you cook and relax in the atmosphere.

Our game room is equipped with a beautiful, well-equipped pool table, a foosball table, and a dartboard, as well as several puzzles for all ages and other board games. The game room also features a console gaming area equipped with a 55-inch smart TV and a retro gaming console to reminisce and share memories with your children.

POOL AREA

Our beautiful heated pool is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sun. Surrounded by comfortable loungers, puffs, and a thoughtfully designed decor to create a relaxing atmosphere, it’s ideal for cooling off on hot days or enjoying a pleasant swim at any time of the year. The pool area is perfect for reading, sipping a glass of wine, or enjoying a cup of coffee while you unwind. The pool features a spacious design that allows for swimming and playing, with a shallow area for the little ones to have fun safely. Additionally, the pool is surrounded by a lanai that allows you to enjoy it at any time, whether you want to take a refreshing dip or simply relax by the pool with a good book. This space will be your private oasis. The pool is regularly serviced to ensure proper chemical balance and cleanliness.

Note about the pool heater: The heater is available from November to May, with no additional charge for heating. It only works while the pool pump is running, and raises the pool temperature by 1°F per hour.

CLEANING

In our property, we have a highly dedicated cleaning team that ensures everything is spotless for each of our guests, following CDC guidelines to guarantee your safety and well-being. The property is inspected before each stay to ensure everything is in perfect condition. Additionally, we provide household cleaning supplies, such as Windex, Clorox spray, a broom, mop, and other essential items so you can keep the place as clean as you'd like. We also leave extra trash bags and provide a washer and dryer, with detergent included, for your total convenience during your stay.

PARKING:

Our home is located in a very quiet neighborhood, offering a peaceful and relaxing environment. You may park up to 2 cars in the driveway through the front gate. Free street parking is also available.

ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT:

If you ever have any specific requests feel free to ask us, we would love to accommodate you the best way (baby’s equipment, disabled equipment…)

Guests will have access to the entire house, except for the staff cabinet located in the hallway to the left of the entrance, which is locked; the backyard shed; and the area where the pool pump and heater are located.

We are always attentive to our guests' needs during their stay. If you have any questions or require assistance at any time, please feel free to message us. We are available to help and ensure that your experience is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

* Dogs are allowed upon request with an additional $120 pet fee per stay. Our insurance provider does not accept certain breeds. This fee does not cover any damage caused by the pet; any damage will be the guest's responsibility. Dogs are not allowed on the bed, furniture, or in the pool. Additionally, by booking, you accept responsibility for any damage or extra cleaning your pet may cause during the stay. Dogs must not be left alone in the house unless crated. Please clean up after your pet at all times.

* To respect your privacy, surveillance cameras are located only on the exterior of the house (at the front door and on the exterior sides). These cameras are equipped with motion sensors and alert systems. There are no cameras inside the house or in the pool area.

* The house has multi-point internet access to ensure connectivity throughout the entire home.

* The noise monitors outside the house do not record voices or conversations, only monitor decibel levels. No parties or loud music are allowed. There is a $1,000 fee for any unauthorized parties. We are in a very nice residential neighborhood with great neighbors, so please be respectful.

* Please note that smoking is not allowed inside the house or in the pool area, under any circumstances. This includes any type of cigarette. A $500 fee will be charged if this rule is violated. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Check-Out Policy:

* Check-Out Time: Check-out time is at 10:00 a.m. Please ensure that the property is vacated on time to allow our cleaning staff to perform their work and prepare the place for new guests.

* Late Check-Out: If check-out is not completed by the indicated time, an additional charge of 25% of the daily rate will be applied for each hour of delay to cover the costs of preparation and cleaning.

* Late Departures: If you need to check out later than usual, please contact us in advance. Depending on availability, we may offer a late check-out for an additional fee.

* Responsibility for the Property: Upon check-out, please ensure the property is in reasonable condition. Kindly remove all personal belongings, turn off lights and appliances, and lock the doors when you leave.
