Located in the heart of 30A, this rental includes two separate bungalows just steps apart, accommodating up to 14 guests total.

This setup is perfect for groups traveling together while still offering the privacy of separate living spaces. Enjoy access to a large community pool, hot tub, and a location that’s walking distance to the beach and restaurants, plus a short bike ride to Seaside.

ROOM DESCRIPTION
* Bedroom 1 has a full over full-size bunk bed and a twin bed w/trundle. The room has a closet, a tall dresser, and a 32” inch flat screen TV with an attached bathroom
* Bedroom 2 has a King Size bed with a foam mattress, closet, tall dresser, and a 50” flat screen TV with attached and recently remodeled bathroom
* The Living Room has a 55” flat screen TV, Couch, and additional chairs
* The Dining area seats up to 6 people, and we have additional seating at the bar.

BUNGALOW 2
ROOM DESCRIPTION

🚗 Parking is complimentary for our guests, and a golf cart charging station ⚡ is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

🔒 Please note that owner’s closets are securely locked for storage and are not accessible to guests.

When making a reservation with us, please confirm that you’ve carefully reviewed and agreed to our house rules and the following important policies — these are strictly enforced to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone.

🚭 No Smoking Indoors
Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Any evidence of smoking will result in a cleaning fee and fines passed on to the guest.

🎉 No Parties or Events
Parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted. Violations will result in immediate cancellation of your stay per HOA and platform policies.

🐾 No Pets (Unless Approved)
Pets are not allowed unless specifically approved by the owner in advance. If approved, a pet fee will apply.

⛅ Weather & Cancellations
Weather conditions are beyond our control and do not qualify for a refund. We strongly recommend travel insurance, especially during hurricane season, for peace of mind.

For guest safety, the exterior areas of the property are equipped with security cameras operating 24/7. No cameras are located inside the home.
