Relax in this spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhouse featuring a community pool, just 1.5 blocks from the beach, complete with beach gear and plenty
Just one block from the beach, our spacious 3-bed/3-bath townhome is located in a secure, gated community between Biloxi and Gulfport. With room for up to 8 guests, this home is perfect for family getaways or group vacations. We pride ourselves on offering a comfortable, well-equipped space so you can enjoy a carefree stay close to shopping, restaurants, casinos, and local attractions.
🐾 Pet-Friendly: Up to two dogs under 30 lbs are welcome with a $50 fee per pet.
ROOM DESCRIPTION
* Upstairs Master Bedroom has a King Bed and has a flat-screen TV, a dresser, a large closet
*The 2nd upstairs bedroom has one full bed and a twin over twin bunk bed
*The Downstairs Bedroom has a queen bed and a flat-screen TV, a dresser, and a closet. This room leads to a patio and a fenced yard which has a grill
* There are two bathrooms upstairs and they are attached to the bedrooms.
* There is one bathroom downstairs next to the bedroom.
* Washer and Dryer are located in the bathroom downstairs.
* The Living Room is equipped with a Sofa sectional and a 50” flat-screen Smart TV
* The Dining area seats up to 6 people.
* The Kitchen has the major appliances and is stocked with plates, glasses, coffee cups, pots/pans, utensils, a toaster, a blender, a can opener, etc.
* We provide a starter kit that includes essentials such as bath towels, linens, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, shampoo, hand soap, body wash, dish detergent, sponge, kitchen towel, and laundry detergent. We have a Walmart nearby where additional essentials can be purchased as needed.
OUTSIDE AREA
* The beach is a short, nice stroll from the townhouse.
* We have two dedicated parking spots for this townhome. ***Note: Our HOA does NOT ALLOW Trailer or boat parking****
* POOL. The shared swimming pool is managed by the community HOA and is opened year around. Please note that owners/hosts do not manage the pool maintenance schedule. No refunds will be given if the pool is inoperative due to weather or maintenance.
