-Master Bedroom (Upstairs): King bed + built-in twin-over-twin bunk with foam mattresses, flat-screen TV, dresser, closet, and nightstand.
-Second Bedroom (Upstairs): King bed with memory foam mattress, dresser, and nightstand.
-Downstairs Bedroom: Queen bed, flat-screen TV, dresser, closet, and access to fenced patio with BBQ grill.
🛁 Bathrooms:
2 upstairs ensuite bathrooms (one per bedroom)
1 downstairs bathroom (with washer/dryer)
🛋️ Living Room: Sofa, 2 chairs, and a 50” Smart TV
🍽️ Dining Area: Seats up to 6
