Our 30A Beachwalk Bungalow is a standalone home, offering privacy and comfort just minutes from the Gulf. The bungalow features two bedrooms upstairs and an inviting open-concept living and dining area downstairs — perfect for families or small groups.

There are 6 total beds in this home
* Bedroom 1 has a full over full-size bunk bed and a twin bed w/trundle. The room has a closet, a tall dresser, and a 32” inch flat screen TV with an attached bathroom
* Bedroom 2 has a King Size bed with a foam mattress, closet, tall dresser, and a 50” flat screen TV with attached and recently remodeled bathroom
* The Living Room has a 55” flat screen TV, Couch, and additional chairs
* The Dining area seats up to 6 people, and we have additional seating at the bar.

Guest access
During your stay, you will have access to the two pools and hot tubs during operational hours. Parking is free and the golf cart charging station is available on a first come first serve basis. Please note that the owner's closets are locked.

🚭 No Smoking Indoors
Fines will be charged if smoking is detected.
🎉 No Parties or Events
Violations may result in immediate termination of the stay (per HOA & Airbnb policy).
🐾 No Pets
Pets are not allowed unless pre-approved by the owner — fees will apply if approved.
🌦️ Weather Policy
Weather conditions are beyond our control and do not qualify for refunds.
We recommend travel insurance, especially during hurricane season.

For everyone’s safety, exterior areas are monitored 24/7 by security cameras.
