Can I import my reply to an Airbnb or Vrbo review later?
Yes, in most cases. VRBO replies refresh on every sync, and Airbnb replies come across whenever the review count changes. Replies themselves must be written on the source platform.

Yes, in most cases - you do not have to write your replies before importing. But a reply only reaches Houfy when the number of reviews on the source platform changes.
Airbnb, VRBO and Homeaway all work the same way. Each time you click Sync reviews on the listing's Reviews page, Houfy first compares how many reviews the platform has against how many it already holds. If the count is the same, it stops there and nothing is re-read - so a reply you added to an existing review is not picked up. When the count differs, Houfy rebuilds the reviews for that listing and your replies come across with them.
In practice that means a reply you write on Airbnb or VRBO shows up on Houfy once your next new review arrives, not on the next sync.
You cannot reply to an imported review from Houfy. Replies to Airbnb and Vrbo reviews have to be written on those platforms; only reviews left on Houfy can be replied to here.
