Our stay at this villa was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The property is even more impressive in person than the photos suggest. Waking up each morning to breathtaking panoramic ocean views and the sound of the waves was an experience we’ll never forget. The home is beautifully designed, spacious, and exceptionally well-maintained. With six bedrooms, there was plenty of room for our group of friends to spread out comfortably while still enjoying time together in the common areas. This villa would be fantastic for families as well, but for us, it was the perfect setting to spend quality time with friends and create memories that will last a lifetime. The infinity pool was a highlight and quickly became our favorite place to relax while taking in the stunning beachfront scenery. The amenities exceeded our expectations. The air conditioning kept everyone comfortable, the private gym was a great bonus, and having reliable WiFi all the way down to the beach was incredibly convenient. The location couldn’t be better just steps from Playa Remanso, with easy access to surfing, lessons, restaurants, and everything the area has to offer. If you’re looking for a luxurious beachfront getaway in San Juan del Sur, this villa is truly a special place. We created amazing memories here and would not hesitate to stay again. The place looks just like the pictures, it’s really nice and clean, and very easy to get there. There are many things to do around, and the pool was perfect for four of us. The host is really attentive and kind, we felt like she was always there and the people in charge of the house were really nice too. The only minor inconvenience we encounter is that the cleaning person arrived to the house really early in the morning (6:30-7am) and since he was going in and out of the property and the gate was really loud, we ended up waking up earlier than expected and we were also unable to get in the pool because he was cleaning it much earlier than our check out, but during this he made sure we had everything we needed. But overall we enjoyed everything, we will definitely be coming back.

Paula hat immer ausserordentlich schnell auf meine Anfragen reagiert. Überhaupt hatten wir eine durchweg herzliche Kommunikation. Ich hatte Glück und es waren keine anderen Gäste in dem anderen Hausteil. So konnte ich den Innenhof mit Pool alleine geniessen. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet. In den späten Nachmittagsstunden hätte ich mir eine Klimaanlage gewünscht,weil das Haus zu der Zeit durch die volle Nachmittagssonne sehr aufgeheizt war.Später hat es aber gut abgekühlt und man konnte die Hitze hinauslüften. Der Pool ist auch eine herrliche Abkühlung.Ich habe das Haus angenehm ruhig empfunden. Paula ist eine herzliche und pragmatische Gastgeberin.Alles war bestens vorbereitet und sauber. Es gibt sogar Waschmaschine und Tumbler. Man darf das Auto in der privaten Seitengasse parken, das erleichtert das Ein- und Ausräumen des Autos.Zum Mirador sind es nur 3 Minuten Fussweg.Restaurants und Läden sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.Sehr zu empfehlendes Airbnb!
