I loved my stay with Clara, she was such an interesting intelligent lady and loved our chats on the balcony. Clara showed me all local eateries, shops etc and offered me food on multiple ocassions. Loved her home made lemonade and the multiple gadgets available. I used the clean, large swimming pool daily and had it all to myself (very well maintained!). I used to read in the gardens surrounding the pool also. There is a shop for essentials on ground floor, grab delivered food quickly, grab taxis cheap to use, Condo is situated close to George Town attractions, bus stop nearby to take you to most points on Penang Island and really cheap!! 2 ringitt!. I hope to go back here next year. Felt safe entering property through the manned guardhouse as a single female traveler. Cooked my own food also and felt right at home! my room was clean, bed comfortable, fan and aircon both effective. Thank you Clara! loved staying with you! see you again in the near future x

the moment i picked up the key from the mail box and got into my car, i notice that there is battery light indication in my car dashboard. i am not sure where to fix my car around that area, but Karen & Guan Yap was very helpful that they responded immediately and even help me to get nearby place to fix my car. not only that they help me two more thing, they got me a pole to hang my wash cloth and also gotten me the iron and board. much appreciate it for all my request. What i like: - place to cook - clean toilet - spacious - clean bed - there is working space - the whole unit is bright - nearby has petrol stations - condo is well maintain and look clean - convenience to go everywhere, 4km to 5km away to Jalan Chulia area - there is 7-11 downstairs - 700m away by walking to get DURIAN!!!! Lacking - the floor was dusty the moment i walk in - no kitchen hood, so when ever i cook i quickly close the room door to avoid smell attach to my cloth Conclusion, awesome place to stay :)

Мы с мужем прожили у Клэр месяц в комнате с балконом, собственным душем и туалетом. С балкона открывается отличный вид на город, зелёные горы и море. Помещение душа-туалета чистое и просторное, есть гель для душа, шампунь. В комнате есть стол для работы. Есть потолочный вентилятор, что оказалось очень удобно, также есть кондиционер, но мы его почти не включали (в это время года комфортная погода). Кроме этой комнаты, в квартире есть ещё две комнаты и общий зал. Небольшую комнату хозяйка сдаёт в аренду студентке (недалеко находится известный в Малайзии университет), а в другой живёт сама. Кухня среднего размера оснащена всей необходимой для приготовления пищи посудой и кухонным оборудованием, есть соль, сахар, чай, специи.... Территория кондоминиума ухоженная, есть большой и чистый бассейн и тренажерный зал. На территории кондоминиума действует пропускной режим, чужих не пускают. Хозяйка Клэр - молодая и доброжелательная девушка, планируем остановиться у неё в следующий раз.

I highly recommend this place! Great value for the money! A comfortable home away from home with great location, walking distance from USM and bus stops. quiet, peaceful, and clean! Great for long-term stays, with well equipped kitchen, access to Laundry facility in the unit, very Nice view from window and also from common space balcony! Fast consistent strong Wi-Fi signal. good working air conditioner and ceiling fan. very good natural airflow and lighting in the apartment with windows open. Comfortable twin size mattress, with plenty of hangers on a Basic hanging rack. Plenty of replacement linens. Bathroom is small but clean and functional with good water pressure and hot shower!nice clean swimming pool. Also the host, Clara, is very nice and helpful with local tips and very responsive to any of my concerns! Complimentary shampoo, hair conditioner, liquid soap! Also hairdryer available! Also plenty of good eateries within 15 minutes walking distance— my favorite was Nasi Kandar Awet Muda, by USM...Buffet style lunch eatery, serving over 20 different local yummy dishes!

The homestay same as in the description. Worth the price, suitable for small family group of 5. It's very clean and neat. Definitely will come back again.

The apartment was very clean. The large pool was very nice after the day of sightseeing. The staff in the building are charming. Clara was always very responsive to answer our questions and was there the day of our arrival to advise us. We had a very pleasant stay.

Rita and Jenny were both very informative and accomadating. They set up contact way before the check in to update on the apartment user guide. They were also able to answer any queries or concern regarding the apartment during the entire stay. Apartment is really accesible to the airport and other locations if you drive, about 7 minutes drive only. Managed to check out the gym, swimming pool and a spa within the compound as well. The rooms were really spacious, aircon worked really well as it is very hot in malaysia. The biggest selling point to me was the kitchen and laundry machines, being able to cook meals and it allows us to save time on laundry trips. We had 3 people in total but im pretty sure the apartment can accomadate 4 people comfortabley or maybe a small family easily. Dont be deterred by the low review count on airbnb as I can assure you that if I were to ever come back to langkawi, I would book this Air bnb again as it is really really comfortable worth the money.

Easy check in - just key in the password given from the owner will do. Safe and clear - Owner will brief what's need to be done, eg: covid test (tools provided from owner). Disabled persons - STRONGLY RECOMMENDED. Owner will assist to reserve a parking just right in front the entrance for you.
