The space
On top of it all with sea view, swarms of swallows, greeneries with monkeys and squirrels. One of a kind not found anywhere else in Batu Ferringhi. Home comfortable with hot water, fully air conditioned with fans in all rooms. Having a car is useful. No problem choosing food aplenty off the internet and ordering by Grab food or panda delivery. Only happy to host guests as friends and who enjoy quiet alongside great tranquillity and delightful greenery. Home comforts for travellers who frequent Penang. Full kitchen facilities and light cooking is welcome. Coffee and tea bags provided. Ideal for seasoned travellar requiring a nice place for a short stay in Penang or for exploring MM2H, also visitors needing to check out Mont Miriam Hospital. Please note there is no cleaning services provided. Generally light maintenance sufficient, resources provided are adequate to upkeep. Shoes off inside apartment and smoking only in the balcony. Batu Ferringhi/beaches/ESCAPE park for nature thrills/Butterfly park/Spice Garden/Balik Pulau durians/Penang National Park(Teluk Bahang) for great hikes with lovely beaches. Quaint Georgetown/food paradise, Penang Hill and the habitat trail/The Botanical Garden. Green Peranakan Mansion and Blue Mansion must see and appreciate. Little Indian, Armenian Street and Chinese's clans community at Clark Quay along Lebuh Pantai. Recommend delicious local hawker fare at Sri Weld food court. Try the beef noodles, char kway tieu and local iced nutmeg drink.
Lotus hypermarket, Village Grocer, Mercator at Gurney Plaza, Sam's grocer at Straits Quay located at Tanjung Tokong a short 8 minutes ride away. Wet market and Tueday night market at Tanjung Bungah.
Convenient regular rapid bus 101 to Teluk Bahang National Park stops at Batu Ferringhi for beach, hotels dining and local eateries. Buses stop at left side at the bottom of Mount Pleasure on main beachfront Road. Opposite side of road goes to Georgetown. Bus stop at the Indian Temple.
