Excellent location and very clean apartment. You can use the hotel facilities and you get 20% discount if you use the restaurant or the coffee shop. We were requested to give insurance of 1000 riyals which was returned without any issues. Also, the keys must be returned to the reception as there is additional charges on lost keys. Overall, very comfortable stay.
