How do I update my connected Airbnb and Vrbo reviews?
Connected reviews are not refreshed automatically. Click Sync reviews next to each connected site on the listing's Reviews page. Vrbo replies come across on every sync; Airbnb only when the review count changes.

Go to Manage Listings, open the listing and click Edit.
Click Reviews in the left menu.
Each connected site is listed at the top of the page with a Sync reviews button next to it. Click Sync reviews to pull in everything new from that site.
Airbnb syncs finish in a few seconds. Vrbo and Homeaway syncs run in the background - a banner at the top of the page tracks the progress, which can take a few minutes.
1) If you are listed on both Airbnb and Vrbo, and only imported reviews from one site, you can import reviews from the other platform with the Import Reviews button.
2) Replies you write on Vrbo are picked up every time you click Sync reviews, so you do not have to finalise them first. On Airbnb a sync is skipped when the number of reviews has not changed, so a reply you add to an existing Airbnb review only comes across once that listing receives a new review. If you want an Airbnb reply to show on Houfy sooner, finalise it before you import.
