Surveillance Device Disclosure
For the safety and security of our guests, we have a Ring doorbell that records motion at the front door. There are no cameras inside the home. Additionally, the condo association has security cameras monitoring the outdoor community pool and dumpster area. Please note that other unit owners may have their own cameras at their doorways.

This is the closest unit to the pool, only a few steps away and is shared with fellow residents of the condo association.

"This is by far and wide the best place I’ve stayed with on Airbnb. They thought of everything. Coolers? Check. Bikes? Check. Anything you could want for your morning coffee? Check. Which remote goes to which device? Labeled. Beds super comfy? Absolutely. Communication was fantastic. Space was perfect for our family of 4, and honestly, would work for a larger family as well. So much to do in close proximity. We would come here again in a heartbeat!

Guest has access to the entire condo except for the Cleaners closet, which is inside the unit. Parking is not available inside the garage however it is available in the driveway outside the garage and there are guest spots adjacent to each building.

We are available whenever Guest need us through the app or they’re welcome to text or call us anytime.

We are just 1 mile to Cape Harbour within walking distance of many restaurants, shops, and grocery stores a few more miles to Tarpon point and 14 miles to Fort Myers Beach.
