For the safety and security of our guests, we have a Ring doorbell that records motion at the front door. There are no cameras inside the home. Additionally, the condo association has security cameras monitoring the outdoor community pool and dumpster area. Please note that other unit owners may have their own cameras at their doorways.

The community pool is conveniently located just a short walk away and is shared with fellow residents of the condo association.

"This is by far and wide the best place I’ve stayed with on Airbnb. They thought of everything. Coolers? Check. Bikes? Check. Anything you could want for your morning coffee? Check. Which remote goes to which device? Labeled. Beds super comfy? Absolutely. Communication was fantastic. Space was perfect for our family of 4, and honestly, would work for a larger family as well. So much to do in close proximity. We would come here again in a heartbeat!

Guests will have access to the entire condo and community shared pool, excluding the cleaner's storage closet inside the condo and storage in the garage. Parking is available in front of the garage for one space, and guest spots are adjacent to each building.

We are available to contact for any questions or emergencies during your stay. Please let us know if you have any questions, we are readily available by phone, text, and email. Our goal is to be available if you need anything but to give you and your guests privacy throughout your stay.

Guests will have use of the Condo Association pool area. All guests can park in front of the garage or in the empty parking spaces at the end of the buildings.

The older kids had a blast playing the old-school arcade game! The pool was perfect, and all the residents we ran into were so friendly!
