It's an amazing time of year again on the shorelines of Pensacola Beach and the Gulf Islands National Seashore (GINS). Sea turtle hatchling season is in full swing all over Florida, where about 90 percent of sea turtle nesting in the U.S. takes place.

Changing Liquid Propane (LP) Tanks
Tiki House has 3 LP tanks in use at all times. Two of the tanks are attached to our huge event grill and one runs the gas stove in the kitchen. We generally provide enough propane to last every stay. But if the tank was near empty, we may leave an extra for you to replace if needed. Any extra tanks are located in the garage.

The Hamburger Wars on Pensacola Beach
I don't know about you, but I love a GOOD hamburger. I'm not talking about Whataburger or McDonalds. Although I don't have a beef with a good chain burger, in a pinch. I'm talking about a real, prime beef, seared to perfection, made to order quality hamburger only found in either the finest restaurants or the deepest dive.
