Convenience Stores for Convenience Sake

When you really need it now, and don't want to leave the island to get it, Pensacola Beach has several convenience stores. Keep in mind you will pay more for everything you buy there! But it is convenient!

If it is a heavy traffic day, and you just can't can't stand the idea of spending another minute in the car, jump on one of Tiki House's bikes or jump on the trolley during the summer and ride to the convenience store instead. It is an easy 2-3 mile ride on flat ground (depending on the store) and a great way to see all the homes on the beach.

Surfside Food Store

The closest food/convenience store is located in the Exxon gas station at 22B Via De Luna Drive. They are open 6 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. most days, and until 2 a.m. on Friday and Saturdays. They have most of what you might need, but you might call first at 850-934-4576

Circle K

Located at 711a Quietwater Beach Road. A little farther, but open 24 hours a day, makes this very convenient late, late at night.

Tom Thumb

Located at 1000 Fort Pickens Rd., this store is the furthest from your vacation rental. But if you happen to be at Peg Leg Petes or visiting Fort Pickens, it is definitely convenient. It is also on the way if you are planning to ride the West End of the island and a great place to stop for a cold drink.
