Bushwacker Recipe!
If you visit any restaurant or bar in Pensacola Beach during your stay at Tiki House, you are sure to see the Bushwacker on the menu! Many claim to be the first, the best, or the favorite. I don't know about the best or the first, but ask any local, and they can tell you. The first is a story of the Sandshaker! Here is a recipe to share. Of course, make it your own, with your own adjustments. Everyone else has!

Tiki House has 3 LP tanks in use at all times. Two of the tanks are attached to our huge event grill and one runs the gas stove in the kitchen. We generally provide enough propane to last every stay. But if the tank was near empty, we may leave an extra for you to replace if needed. Any extra tanks are located in the garage.

I don't know about you, but I love a GOOD hamburger. I'm not talking about Whataburger or McDonalds. Although I don't have a beef with a good chain burger, in a pinch. I'm talking about a real, prime beef, seared to perfection, made to order quality hamburger only found in either the finest restaurants or the deepest dive.
