10 Questions to Ask Owners Before Renting
Whether it is your first time renting, a new vacation home rental, a new area, or a vacation home you have rented many times before, know before you go! Things change, owners offer different amenities, and what is standard in one area is not necessarily in the next. At Tiki House Pensacola Beach we offer so many amenities that we don't always list them all. And we are always adding things as well.
Use this guide for suggestions on what to ask and why. But don't be afraid to ask more. Want to know? Just ask.
A vacation rental gives you the chance to live large. If you're traveling in a group or with a family, it'll save money over hotel rooms, deliver the amenities of home (kitchen, laundry room, backyard), and give your brood a little elbow room.

Changing Liquid Propane (LP) Tanks
Tiki House has 3 LP tanks in use at all times. Two of the tanks are attached to our huge event grill and one runs the gas stove in the kitchen. We generally provide enough propane to last every stay. But if the tank was near empty, we may leave an extra for you to replace if needed. Any extra tanks are located in the garage.

The Hamburger Wars on Pensacola Beach
I don't know about you, but I love a GOOD hamburger. I'm not talking about Whataburger or McDonalds. Although I don't have a beef with a good chain burger, in a pinch. I'm talking about a real, prime beef, seared to perfection, made to order quality hamburger only found in either the finest restaurants or the deepest dive.
