Última atualização 16 de setembro de 2026

1. Create a connection ID at OwnerRez. Here is a help post for creating a connection ID at OwnerRez.

2. Create a Houfy account. https://www.houfy.com/signup Skip this if you already have a Houfy account.

3. Visit https://www.houfy.com/p/ownerrez, and enter the OwnerRez connection ID from Step 1. That page lays the setup out as Step 1: Create a Houfy account & Connect OwnerRez and Step 2: Connect your Stripe account, with the OwnerRez Connection ID box under "You already have a Houfy account" and the import-or-map dropdown below it.

4. Choose to create new listings or map existing listings.

a. Do you want to create new listings?

b. Do you want to map the existing listings?

5. Click on Sign up with OwnerRez and your listings will be imported if chosen create new listings. Select your settings for sync for each listing.

6. To map existing listings later, go to houfy.com/channel-managers (Software Partners in the left-hand menu under Manage Listings) and click See listings next to OwnerRez.

Click on See connected account at OwnerRez and then map the listings. You can set it to import Listing basic information, Listing rates, Listing availability

  • Listing basic information: Overview about property, room details, location, amenities, suitability, activities, etc.

  • Listing rates: Pricing import from OwnerRez to Houfy

  • Listing availability: Listing availability import from OwnerRez to Houfy.

Two things to know

The API connection fee. Once your listings are connected through OwnerRez, guests booking those listings pay an API connection fee of 5% of the booking subtotal, before tax. It shows as its own line in the guest’s price breakdown, it is not a commission and it is not taken out of your payout. It only applies once you have a payment processor connected to Houfy - if you connect OwnerRez before Stripe or Square, you will not see it until the day you connect one, and then it applies to all your connected listings at once.

If you disconnect OwnerRez. Check your listings afterwards. Disconnecting can leave individual listings still marked to sync while nothing is actually being imported, which looks like a working connection from your side. If you reconnect, open houfy.com/channel-managers and confirm each listing is syncing again rather than assuming it resumed. If a calendar looks stale, contact support and we will clear the old mapping.
