How to create a connection id in OwnerRez?

A connection ID is how you link your OwnerRez account to Houfy. You get it from OwnerRez, then paste it into Houfy.

In OwnerRez

1. Go to app.ownerrez.com/settings/channels.

2. Click Connect to Houfy.

3. Copy the connection ID that OwnerRez gives you.

In Houfy

4. Open Software Partners (it is in the left sidebar, alongside Manage Listings).

5. Click Connect with OwnerRez.

6. Paste the connection ID into the Connection id box and click Continue.

If OwnerRez does not offer you a connection ID, make sure Houfy is enabled as a channel in your OwnerRez account first - the ID is only issued once the channel is switched on. In OwnerRez that page is Settings > API Integrations, on the Channels tab, with a + Connect a Channel button. Once Houfy is connected you get a Houfy Channel panel showing the Connection ID with a copy icon beside it, the Type - API Integrated (Listing Content, Rates, and Availability) - and any Rate Adjustment, plus Change and Disable buttons.
