It has two large and spacious living areas, upstairs and down, six bedrooms and five bathrooms, a wrap-around covered deck with plenty of sturdy tables and chairs for outdoor dining, a large gas grill, outdoor hot tub, two large flat-panel TVs, pool table, ping pong, free high speed WiFi throughout the property, plus all of the amenities that you might expect from such a place.

Scenic Views: The Primary Suite boasts a king bed and panoramic river views, while the lodge's design maximizes natural light and views of the river.

Small boats (canoes, kayaks, sups) can be put in at the dock by hand. A trailer won't be able to be put in here, but there's a public put in- 2.5 miles down the road/upriver.

Age Requirement: Guests must be 30 years or older to rent this property. Copy of drivers license and signed rental agreement required after rental confirmation.
Maximum guests: there is a maximum of 22 adults permitted to stay at the property. All other guests must be children. There is a maximum of 30 guests. The house is on well and septic, and we love our neighbors. Going over occupancy puts all of that at risk.
SHARC Passes: No passes or discounts. Check availability with the SHARC facility for public use.
Outdoor Fires: Allowed seasonally; absolutely no fires June to September, May & October weather dependent.
Fishing: Dock fishing is subject to seasonal regulations; please check local guidelines for details.
Security Camera Disclosure: There are external security cameras on this property. They record audio and video and are only used in case of issues.

There is parking for many cars at the property.
The entire property - the Lodge, the, Cottage, and the dock is yours to make yourselves at home.
The property is the last property on a dead end street, with several hundred feet of water frontage. The land across the river is undeveloped wildlife zone, so no houses are across the property. The river is well controlled and the river is not considered a flood risk.

Check local river conditions and be sure to take all relevant and necessary safety precautions before going on or in the river.

We live in Bend and are available should something come up. The cleaning and hot tub are maintained by professional local providers.

We are close enough to Sunriver to enjoy its amenities, many of which are accessible for full- and half-day rates, though away from all the hustle and bustle that comes with resort living. The home is the last home on a dead end half mile long road.
