It is equpped with all of the latest amenities - fully stocked huge modern kitchen and living area, BBQ, game room with huge TV and plenty of Board games, ping pong table and pool table in garage as will as 10 bikes and other sports equipment. 5 minute walk to Fort Rock Park for playground and pickle ball courts, as well as passes to SHARC facility. The host is very responsive if you need anything.

We had a wonderful stay at the Sunriver Cascade House with three families and six kids. The house was incredibly well set up for a group like ours. The giant rumpus room was probably the highlight for the kids. With two bunk beds plus a pull-out Murphy bed, there was easily enough sleeping space for all six kids. There was room for even more if needed. The huge sectional and giant floor pillow made it a perfect spot for movie nights. We also loved that the room connected directly to the outdoor space, hot tub, and ping pong room, so the kids had plenty of places to spread out and play. The house itself was exceptionally well appointed. There were kids’ books and toys, a great indoor gas fireplace, a record player, and lots of thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen especially stood out. It may have had the best kitchen setup of any vacation rental we’ve stayed in. The pots and pans, knives, and other cooking equipment were all high quality and made it genuinely enjoyable to cook meals for a large group. High quality grill as well. The house is on a quiet cul de sac and felt safe having the kids roam around the backyard and front yard too. SHARC was super fun and the 10 passes that came with the rental was great. Finally, John was a delight to interact with. He thoughtfully provided all information needed for our stay, was very responsive to all questions, and gave us a surprise gift for our stay. Overall, it was clear that the owners really care about the house and keep it very well maintained. It felt comfortable, thoughtfully furnished, and designed for families to actually enjoy spending time together. We would absolutely stay here again, especially for another multi-family Sunriver trip.

We had a very lovely stay at Chuck and Cindy’s home. The check in went smoothly as the directions were ver clear. The house was very cozy and decorated well with a west coast feel. TVs in every room with wifi was very convenient. The bedrooms were very nice and comfortable. Could use some darkening curtains. Master shower was huge and nice but the shower door kept coming off track which was a bit tricky to close. We used the hot tub several times. It’s brand new and very private. We loved the bikes too and we enjoyed riding the bike trails. The Sharc passes allows you to enjoy the neighborhood pool with a lazy river and 2 large tubing water slides and a close by Marina with a boat launch into the Deschutes River. We tubed for 2 hrs for $45 each. They shuttle you. Plenty of great places to eat locally at the Village. The brew house was so good. We overall were very impressed with this beautiful house and would recommend to our closest friends and family.

This is our fourth summer in SR and the eighth home we have rented in total. The home is ideally suited for multiple couples with three dedicated master bedrooms and a master with shared bath (to the hall). You might want your own pillows because the ones in the main master were not comfortable (to us). Also, I was wishing there was a foam mattress topper on the bed. The bunk/recreation area upstairs, with its own full bath, was great for our single teen and adult kids. The kitchen is spacious and the dining area is kingly. You will find two crock pots, a rice cooker, a coffee grinder and lots of pots, platters and bowls for your use. The owners were gracious to provide plenty of dishwasher and dish soap, laundry soap, bathroom soap and even toilet paper. The hot tub is large, clean, powerful and private with exits from two of the masters taking you outside. Be sure to bring your bug spray because you will need it morning, noon and night and as soon as you step into the lovely yard. The location in SR is ideal as it is a short distance to the Village, the SHARC compound, the Nature Center and the Marina. The house backs to the Recycling Center but I only heard noise from there a few times (and you can walk to dispose of your recyclables!). Pros: location, size, amenities, ease of working with the owners, price-to-size value, home layout. Cons: bathroom fans and disposal are very noisy, mosquitos present all day made us reluctant to go outside as often as we would like (is it just this year or the home's proximity to the near-stagnant lake?). In all, we had a most excellent time and decided that 5 nights was not enough to do all that we had hoped! It's good to leave wanting more, though.

This rental was the best Sunriver rental by far for my family of 4. we didn't use the downstairs bedroom, so that's where our dog slept, what a glamorous life he led! VERY easy to use and well stocked kitchen, all spices, even back up creamer for coffee. Actually, this is the first Airbnb I have ever stayed in that had sharp knives to use. What a freaking joy that was! The neighborhood pool was steps from the rental and no one was ever in it except for us. Our dog designated outdoor area was literally right ouside the back door with doggy bags galore. Comfy beds were a plus. Also, I did 4 puzzles while there(I'm lazy on vacation) and they ALL had all of the pieces like what???? my puzzles at home don't even have all the pieces. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and private, what a treat. 10/10 highly recommend, I only want to rent this condo from now on. PS it had central air and tonsssss of kid board games so we did a very unplugged vacation together yessssssss
We enjoyed our stay and the home was well equipped and comfortable. The only thing it seemed to be missing was BBQ utensils and we were bummed to learn the aquatic center is currently only open on Sat and Sun due to COVID related staffing shortages but apparently that changes weekly so it may be temporary! I'd return!

We had an AMAZING stay at Chad’s beautiful home. It was breathtaking the moment we walked in the door. We stayed with 2 other families and there was more than enough room. The kids loved the loft area for their hang out spot. The hot tub was perfect after a fun day skiing Mt Bachelor. We hope to stay again in the future. Thanks Chad for the great stay!

This is a great 6 bedroom house with 5 King beds and bunk room. It worked great for our large family. Kitchen is large and well stocked, and 3 refrigerators. Comfortable for gathering in the living room and kitchen area. Nice little touches that make the space comfortable. Four bedrooms have private baths. Other than a mishap with housekeeping not showing up upon check in, which owner corrected quickly, we had a great time. The deck is somewhat awkward for gathering and not inviting for hanging out, but it does have hot tub on the deck.
