How do I connect my reviews from Airbnb or Vrbo?

If you imported your Airbnb or Vrbo listing, your Airbnb or Vrbo reviews are already connected to Houfy. Just periodically pull in the latest connected reviews.

If you use both Airbnb and Vrbo, you can connect reviews from both sites. For example, if you imported your Airbnb listing, those reviews are already connected - you can connect your Vrbo reviews as well, and vice versa. If you added a property by hand, you can connect reviews from Airbnb, Vrbo, Homeaway or Tripadvisor.

It does not matter in which order you do this, as Houfy automatically sorts all reviews by date.

To connect reviews

1. Log in, click your profile picture in the top right and choose Manage Listings.

2. Open the listing and click Reviews in the left menu. (Direct link: houfy.com/edit-listing/YOUR-LISTING-ID/reviews)

3. Click the Import Reviews button.

4. Under Website of listing: choose Airbnb, VRBO, Homeaway or Tripadvisor.

5. Paste your listing URL into the Listing url: box.

6. Click Import.

Airbnb imports finish in a few seconds. Vrbo and Homeaway imports run in the background: the popup closes straight away and a banner on the Reviews page tracks the progress, which can take a few minutes.
