Wolfeboro vacation rentals

The location of Rust Pond was wonderful because we were close to our golf course and to Wolfeboro for shopping and food. The lake was so quiet and peaceful. Glancing out the living room window to see an eagle perched on a branch on one of the trees was surely a treat! The home was lovely and in impeccable condition. The owners were very responsive and so easy to deal with. We will definitely return!

This place is beyond 5 stars. The view is breathtaking taking, especially in the fall! We had our family come from other states to have a small reunion. It was perfect spacing for 7 Adults, 1 child and Two dogs. There was enough seating for all of us to have our meals together ❤️ We took walks together through the trails that are available next to the house. Took the paddle boat out and the view is amazing on the water. My 3 yr old Granddaughter even tried a little fishing. She just likes to put the worms on the hook. The hot tub is a great way to relax after dinner. Sherre is a terrific host!!! 10 stars! Any questions we had she was right there to answer them. We had the back light go out and she was there in 15 min to fix it with her ladder. You will not be disappointed with your stay even if it rains all day. I have experience in renting cottages/homes in the US and Europe & I found this one to be one of the most delightful cottages to stay. The location is surburb, very private. The design of the cottage is perfect, play area on one end...sleeping area on the opposite and up stairs. The owners have decorated it in bright cheerful colors - I was there for Thanksgiving week (2010) and the weather was a little grey. But when your in the cottage, it puts you in a cheerful mood. I truly appreciate good linens and the owner went all out to provide beautiful luxurious bedding and towels. I also love a well appointed kitchen and like to cook, so was pleasantly pleased to see all the supplies, including good knives! To me, its the little touches that make a house a home. I loved all the sweet flowers, signs, pillows & pictures. There are ample supplies of DVD's, books, puzzles & piece and quiet! And if all of that wasn't enough, Julie had waiting for us, a wonderful pumpkin bread with yummy icing, which she had made. It was presented it on a lovely cake stand with a beautiful glass cover. She even shared her recipe! My only regret was missing Julie when she stop by to see how we were doing! I was sorry to have missed her - I wanted to tell her just how happy we were with the place. Hopefully we'll meet on our next vacation when we stay at her sweet cottage in Wolfeboro! Thanks Julie! Rita E. California
