Lincoln vacation rentals

Had a great time. The condo is very clean, cozy, and perfect size. Everything you need, including shampoo and shower essentials. Hair dryer, plenty of towels. The bed was very comfortable and quiet. extra blankets and pillows available. I was a little confused with the cable, but once I figured it out, it was fine. Turn on TV and select cable tv app for the living room TV and HDMI 1 for the bedroom. Didn't see instructions on the back of the remotes as stated. The Internet was very slow. It is shared and provided by the complex. Andrew did try to provide help when asked. However, there was only one network available to use. As this was not Andrew's fault, I still gave a 5 star. In case you use the outside hot tub, there is no sign to state the hours, and we got talked to because we were in it at 8:45 when it closed. A little disappointed that it closes so early on weekend nights. But again, that is the complex, not Andrew's issue. Still would definitely stay again!!

The place was incredibly clean, with all the extras for families to have a great getaway. There were board games for kids of all ages and puzzles too. The porch is so peaceful with an amazing view of the mountain with plenty of seats. The master bedroom had a very comfy bed. The bathroom had heated floors which was amazing for the winter time. The loft does get a little hot but the kids loved it! They had all the little things we needed for coffee and cooking which made packing for this trip easy. The community pools were nice with multiple hot tubs. Overall a great place to stay whether you’re skiing in the winter or hiking in the summer. Also, the owners sent an information page describing everything from the heat controls, fireplace controls, pool access, literally everything and it was very easy to follow with lots of pictures. These owners really know how to cater to renters. Thank you for renting to us!

Andrew's place is clean and comfortable. The kitchenette is perfect for preparing breakfast or a light meal. There is a small microwave, Keurig coffee machine, water kettle and a 2-slice toaster (in the lower cabinet). I used the small stove and oven to make a quick dinner and bake a dozen chocolate chip cookies. This studio condo is conveniently located by the stairwell leading to nearby parking spots. The building was quiet except for the occasional resident using the trash and recycling room next door. The mattress is firm and the bed is sturdy. I enjoyed the plentiful hot water and Andrew even provided, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The indoor hot tub and pool were clean and the large common room had comfortable couches and chairs and was a nice spot to relax by the fire. I will stay at Andrew's place again when I'm in the area for skiing.

My family and I stayed at the Happy Loon Nest over Labor Day weekend, and we were so grateful to have discovered this beautiful and thoughtfully arranged vacation home. Standing in the living room with its many windows and surrounding trees and mountain view gave the impression we were in a luxurious tree house. My kids and husband adored the short walk to the river and the use of the nearby Loon pool. I loved the way everything we would need was there for us so that we could relax and not spend countless hours making shopping trips to get small items. The materials selected by the owners are beautiful to look at but also durable and smart - for example, when sitting in the leather recliner chair, if it shifted it did not scrape the beautiful floor, and when putting a glass down on the dining room table, it did not stain the wood. Thank you for giving us a great vacation!

Our stay was great, everything was clean and check in process was easy. The condo was as advertised. The free shuttle to Loon mountain resort was a nice bonus. The building was nice and quiet and easy to find, good location to access everything in town, no issues parking. The staff at the building were helpful and accommodating. Would stay here again in the future.

This condo was perfect for our two families. The location is convenient to Loon and it’s so close to all the restaurants in town. The views were stunning. Everything was comfortable and we had everything we needed. Great communication and an all around wonderful experience. Thank you for sharing your beautiful place - we hope to get back next year!

Our family of 10 (from age 8 to mid 70s) was able to create memories of a lifetime in this amazing home! From the spectacular views, to the perfect and spacious layout of the home, to the WELL-stocked kitchen, I can not say enough about this vacation rental. You are within minutes of the Loon Mountain Resort and ski slopes/lodges. We also visited the Ice Castles only 15 minutes away as well as found a snow mobiling adventure about 10 minutes away. Above all was the EXCELLENT communication from the owner of the home, Katchen. She was in communication with us from the day we rented the home a couple months ago! She sent courtesy emails the week before our arrival giving updates on the weather and ski conditions. Then, while we were there we had a few questions and she was SUPER responsive and helpful each time. If we do another family trip to Loon Mountain, I can’t imagine staying anywhere else!

This condo is beautiful renovated and very comfortable. The unit is townhouse style and very spacious. Plenty of sleeping areas and the downstairs is open concept living/kitchen with plenty of room for a family to relax. The house had everything we needed and more. It is in a nice community and the town is very nice too with good restaurants. Host was helpful with check in/out information. Would definitely recommend!
