Palm Springs vacation rentals

Our family of four just concluded a short stay (3days/4nights) at Vista Del Monte. This was our first experience at renting a home, having stayed over the years at different levels of hotels in the Palm Springs area. It was such a relaxing, enjoyable experience that we are already talking about next year! To wake up and not have to worry about hotel issues such as housekeeping, paying for over-priced breakfasts, trudging down hallways, elevators, etc., resulted in a much more quality visit. About the property. It's a Spanish Revival styled house built in the 40's. It's laid out in a U-shape with the main and twin bedroom and bath on one side, and the queen bedroom with another bathroom on the other. The living area is between along with a very well appointed kitchen and small dining room. The pool area was sensational. Roomy, with areas of shade and sun all day. Ample lounges and chairs and a wonderful barbecue area. There were even fruit trees (grapefruit, lemon) that were ripe and deliciously sweet (they even had a juicer in the cabinet). The real kicker were the furnishings. The property was decorated with early California furnishings: vintage rugs, furniture, light fixtures. Much tile work throughout. There were even old scrapbooks (my favorite was the one that contained old recipes). It made for a very cozy and warm environment. The manager, Cliff, was very helpful on check in and check out. He made the process easy and helped us with security codes and was available all hours. The property is a short drive from downtown, located just east of the Tramway Visitor's Center. It is on a busy street, but once inside the gate and the very private walls you wouldn't know except for the very occasional truck horn or siren. All in all we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend the home.

Everything about our stay was better than we could have imagined! The house was sparkling clean with every possible amenity. We especially appreciated how well-stocked the kitchen was, the Ruku, snacks and games! And Yolanda is the ultimate hostess! She answered all of our questions promptly and has honestly thought of everything that made this house a home. The backyard is HUGE and so pretty! We didn’t use the pool or spa due to the weather, but it was nice sitting in the sun when we could. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, yet close to everything. We can’t wait to stay here again!

We booked this cabin as a last minute getaway for our family to enjoy the snow and it was perfect! The cabin location was private and made it extremely safe for our kids to enjoy the snow right in front of the cabin on the quaint street it is on. We did go during a storm (on purpose to see the snow) so we did have to park in the secondary parking and then walked to the cabin, as the private road is not plowed, but my husband was able to load everything we were traveling with onto a sled we brought and it was perfect for getting our belongings to the cabin. The walk down was very short & doable with two toddlers even in a couple inches of snow. The cabin was fully set up, warm, cozy and felt very homey. It had everything you needed, but if you wanted to head to town (we did) it was a 5 min drive to everything! The main road does get plowed which is great but you may need a shovel to get your car out if its snowing, it was very doable with 4WD & a little work. We will be booking again!

Geri's place is immaculate and well appointed. Very responsive to messages, helpful information binder. We love the pool and fire pit!

Casa Mila is a gorgeous home that was well decorated, comfortable and immaculately clean!!! My family loved our stay here. It looked even better than the photos, fully stocked with everything you could possibly need and very convenient to downtown and shopping. Everything was perfect! This home is well cared for; all of the furniture is brand new and the beds were very comfortable. My two younger children enjoyed the board games provided and we loved hanging in the yard and enjoying the pool! We spent a lot of time outdoors, enjoying the views of the mountains and BBQing. The host, Pearl, was very nice and communicative. She even gave us some excellent restaurant recommendations and ideas on things to do with the kids. If you aren't aware, Palm Springs has strict rules for vacation homes (i.e. noise ordinance), but we didn't mind at all; Pearl was great about explaining the rules and I actually appreciate that Palm Springs tries to limit the rowdiness. The home is located in a beautiful neighborhood, and you can walk/bike to downtown if you wish. We didn’t want to leave, but we will definitely book Casa Mila again in the future!

This place was amazing. Very clean and in safe neighborhood. Had its own pool , washer, dryer, all the best amenities to make me feel right at home. The best airbnb I've stayed in!

When we left after our Labor Day weekend stay at Jarrod’s home, my wife said, “This was the best AirBnB we have ever stayed at…” Where do I begin? The house is great! Looks even better in person. The interior of the home is fantastic. Very spacious. We stayed there with my family and my neighbors as part of a holiday weekend. Jarrod was super responsive and the best host we have ever had. The pool is amazing. The backyard feels like a five star resort. Every detail of the property is top notch. One of the best parts of the pool is the sitting chairs inside the pool with an umbrella. There were brand new floaters, and the bicycles were a nice touch for sunset bike rides that our family and friends went on at night. The neighborhood is high end and centrally located very close to downtown. It’s a place you can have a memorable time with family or with friends. There was extensive dishes, culinary tools and BBQ that we used two of the three nights. The furniture inside the home and decorations are extremely well done with a great mid-century modern look. You should definitely stay here. I guarantee it will exceed your expectations. Jarrod did an amazing job with this home. To top it off, he generously offered us a late checkout so my kids could get some more pool time since there were no new guests arriving. I will definitely be back. Great memorable experience!!!

Picture perfect house in Palm Springs! We had a very relaxing long weekend at The Flat on Alexander. Great location, easy access to downtown Palm Springs. From the moment you arrive, the house is one adorable instagram moment after another. The amenities are right on point - we loved playing bocce ball at sunset, relaxing on the pool floats, making coffee in the fancy coffee machine (thank you for the laminated book showing step by step instructions on how to use the machine!), doing our morning yoga with the provided yoga mats on the "yoga deck," and even making s'mores around the firepit! Definitely recommend!
