The spacious primary suite:

The third bedroom is perfect for families, featuring:

• Comfortably sleeping up to six guests

Whether you're preparing breakfast before heading to the beach or grilling fresh Gulf seafood for dinner, you'll find everything you need.

Just steps away you'll find one of The Rookery III's sparkling pools, while the second pool is located at the end of the scenic wooden boardwalk. Don't forget to visit the community fire pit for evening gatherings or stroll the enchanting trail to discover the community's charming fairy garden.

We've stocked Sandy Blessings with the extras that make vacation easier, including:

**DOG-FRIENDLY VACATIONS WELCOME
We happily welcome up to two dogs.

To comply with community rules:
• Dogs must be registered before arrival.
• Pet fee: $175 plus tax per dog.
• A community leash cover will be provided and must be used whenever your dog is outside the cottage.

As a bonus, leashed dogs are welcome on nearby Fort Morgan Beach.

**PARKING
Two designated parking spaces are located just steps from the front door, and your parking passes are included with your reservation (there is no separate parking fee).

If additional parking is needed, please let us know before your arrival. When available, an extra parking space may be arranged for a nominal fee. RVs, trailers, campers, and boats are not permitted within the community.
