Standard check-in begins at 4:00 PM Central. Early check-in cannot be guaranteed or approved in advance. If the property becomes available early, we’ll contact you and may offer access before 4:00 PM for a $40 fee. If you need guaranteed access earlier in the day- consider adding the previous night to your reservation, if available.

👤 The booking guest must be 25 or older and must be present in the condo during the stay

💳 A $35 parking fee and $6 wristband fee per person are required by the resort (paid
directly to Sunbird), Gated parking is available for one vehicle

🧺 No washer/dryer inside unit — guest laundromat available on 1st floor
