Settle in and relax at MarBella, a newly renovated beachside condo just off 30A in the heart of Seagrove Beach. This 3BR/3BA home was carefully crafted with designer details - a blend of charming and comfortable, with premium mattresses and linens throughout. It sits in Beachside Villas, close to the pool and a short walk from white sand and emerald waves, secluded yet close to shops and restaurants.

The furnishings and appliances are all brand new and complement the functional floor plan nicely. The living area centers on a 65-inch television with comfortable seating for all, the dining table seats 6, and the counter off the fully stocked kitchen seats 3 more. The spacious king master has balcony access with beach and Gulf views, plus a private bath with walk-in shower and vanity. The second bedroom has a king bed and shares a tub/shower bath with the third bedroom - a kids' room with twin-over-twin bunks and a twin trundle. Both king bedrooms have 50-inch TVs, and the bunk room has its own, with a convenient half bath rounding out the home.

MarBella sits just off Scenic Highway 30A, so you can bike to favorites throughout Seagrove and Seaside, head east for a burger at The Hub, or continue on to Seacrest and Rosemary Beach. Traffic is never an issue in the slow lane - and however you get around, shopping and fine dining are minutes away.

Getting to the Beach
Beachside Villas guests have access to over 10 acres of public beach and 1,200 feet of coastline, all within a short walk or a quick ride on the community's seasonal beach shuttle. Three access points are nearby. Sugar Dunes Boardwalk connects directly to the community for the fastest route to the sand. Port Property Public Beach at Eastern Lake is about a 5-minute walk and is also served by the shuttle. Walton Dunes Public Beach is reachable by shuttle and offers beach chair rentals if you want to travel light.
