This is a two story unit, featuring a downstairs master with a king bed and Hallway Bath. The first floor also includes a fully stocked kitchen including a regular and Keurig coffee maker, griddle, baking and cooking supplies, utensils, mixers and more. You'll have the space to seat 6-7 at the dining table and 3 more at the bar. A large sectional sofa with pull out ottoman, large coffee table for playing any of the multiple games provided, additional new leather seating, brand new washer/dryer combo, and a nice balcony with brand new sliding doors and beautiful views, to finish out the downstairs.

Upstairs provides a relaxing master bedroom, with a king size bed, ensuite bath, and private balcony. The 3rd bedroom upstairs includes two double beds and 1 twin bed. All bedrooms come with additional linens and pillows.

Each bedroom has a TV and the Living Room has a TV and a DVD player (so don't forget your movies). Enjoy free wifi as well!

You will have access to our personal beach chairs, toys, umbrella and wagon during your stay! You can walk around the complex lake or sit on either of the balconies and view all of the wildlife. There are a few coin operated fish food dispensers that will allow you to feed the fish and turtles - super fun for the kids!

The complex also offers an on-site grilling area with picnic tables, tennis courts (rackets and balls provided), shuffleboard, ping pong table inside the clubhouse, and a pool with ample amount of loungers, and outdoor showers/rinse stations! All of this within steps from our unit!

Walk directly across the street to multiple restaurants, shops, and entertainment, or make the couple minutes drive to the Signal Golf Course, WonderWorks, Ripley's, putt putt, and more!
