This beautiful 751 SF condo is on the 10th floor and has open-floor plan with stunning panoramic view of the sugary white sands and crystal clear water of Panama City Beach. There are lots of amenities at the resort; Swimming Pools, Sundecks, Picnic areas with grills, and 24/7 Gym. Parking is free with one time $30 vehicle registration fee .

All guests are required to wear armbands while on the property. Armbands cost $8 per person.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, hot water kettle, and complete set of cookware and serving ware.

There are also 2 foldable beach chairs and an umbrella.

Beach towels are not provided.

Guests will be able to register their car and get the wristbands at the resort security gate or the HOC office on the ground floor of the east tower.

The condo has a keyless keypad.

Your host will be available to offer help, answer any of your questions, and give recommendations throughout your stay through Airbnb messages :)

When you arrive, you purchase a one time parking permit for $30 and arm bands that must be worn while on the premise. The charge for the arm bands is $6 per person (age 12 and under are free).

You'll find that Ripley's Believe It or Not! is just a short drive away. The famous Pineapple Willy's Restaurant is just on the beach with a private access from the resort. Walmart is few minutes walk.
