Welcome to Your Nest Adventure!

Feel at home in this mid-century cottage while you whip up a great meal in your fully stocked kitchen, people-watch from your front porch rockers, or grill in your outdoor living space.

The layout is a 'Jack & Jill,' meaning the bedrooms each access the bathroom directly. So, you must walk through the 2nd br/office to get to the bathroom, to then access the master. You can also enter/exit the master through its own exterior door. It is wonky, but a charmer!

The Property:

This is the private, detached, central unit in a small triplex community. You have two dedicated, off-street parking spots, two private entrances, and an outdoor living space with conversation set and BBQ for your exclusive use.

This property has no communal spaces. Having said that, the folks in the back cottage must pass by your kitchen window and your rear outdoor courtyard to get to their own area.

Guest Access:

The entire unit is yours to settle into. You are free to enjoy the massive and open front yard. In the back, everything up to the red gate is dedicated exclusively for your use.

In order to ensure all guests remain comfy, please note:

No smoking within your bungalow or anywhere on premises.

The plumbing is antique. Please only flush TP. Even 'flushable' wipes need to go in the bin or we all suffer.

Super loud parties that go late into the night are a no-no, but please feel free to share the space with trusted folks who will treat the bungalow and courtyard as their own. Be respectful of your neighbors, but enjoy yourselves!

The grey and blue garbage cans go on the street Monday for a Tuesday pickup.

SAND...

Yes, the beach is incredible but sand is a nightmare! For beach days, please only use the beach towels available in your linen closet. Shake those suckers out before bringing them in or tossing them in the laundry.
Before re-entering, please use the hose in your courtyard to rinse off as best you can.
Some residual sand is totally understandable but please do your best to remove as much as possible.

I am working hard to improve the curb appeal, especially with regard to the yard and parking areas.
Please don't be put off by the shabby, lived in look of the front yard or the on-line images.
Clean up is in progress!

The neighborhood is a mix of older single family homes, low-rise apartment buildings, and a smattering of commercial properties. With all of this, you will still be greeted by folks out for an evening walk with their dogs and strollers.

Please, always feel free to reach out for any reason. My goal is that you to enjoy your stay, however long it is.
